The Cromwell Center honored William J. Ryan as Person of the Year at a celebratory dinner  on June 24 at  the Portland Sable Oaks Marriott.  Ryan is the former CEO and immediate past Chair of TD Bank and has been widely recognized for his extraordinary civic work nationally and in Maine.   "We are indebted to Bill for his steadfast and generous support since our beginning in 2003, and are extremely grateful to be within his wide sphere of public interest," said Center director Jamie Kaplan.

Close to 300 guests turned out to honor Bill and raise funds for the Center by sponsoring tables and bidding on silent and live auction items.
